What you will do

• Own the design and evolution of core Ads Data Science solutions and infrastructure for long-term scale and growth.
• Lead strategic scientific roadmap to improve advertiser ROI, user experience, and revenue through advanced modeling.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex domains like full funnel acceleration and advertiser lifetime value.
• Define best practices for statistical modeling, economic analysis, causal inference, and A/B experimentation.
• Serve as domain authority for data scientists, engineers, and product managers on large-scale behavioral data and marketplace economics.
• Mentor senior data scientists and influence technical direction across product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote role restricted to US).
• Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
• 12+ years (M.S.) or 8+ years (Ph.D.) experience in applied science, data science, or machine learning engineering.
• Expertise in ads marketplace, auctioning, measurement, and experimentation at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, statistical analysis, economic modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong skills in experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
