What you will do

• Lead end-to-end experimentation, including A/B test design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Develop measurement approaches for marketing effectiveness, including marketing mix modeling.
• Translate customer insights and analytical findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Build reusable analytical frameworks, simulations, and causal inference models to support decision-making.
• Create dashboards and reporting in Tableau and Databricks to improve performance visibility.
• Partner with engineering to improve data quality and build transformation pipelines using dbt.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience using data to solve complex business problems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments with a strong foundation in statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with product and marketing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning and AI tools.
• Expertise in marketing attribution and MMM.
• Experience with dbt for data transformation.
