Salary: $145,300 - $232,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and optimize predictive models to enhance customer experiences, revenue generation, and advertising targeting.
• Provide technical leadership in generating business insights from big data and communicating findings to clients.
• Design and orchestrate complex data workflows and ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using Plotly, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, translating technical components for non-technical members.
• Mentor the team in modern analytic techniques and their business applications.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Scientist-related occupation.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Hive, and Spark.
• Experience with ML frameworks: Pytorch, XGBoost, Catboost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Experience with data automation and MLOps tools (Airflow, MLFlow).
