Salary: $114,000 - $165,300

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end money movement platform, including external funding and internal transfers.
• Define and evolve the platform strategy for fund movements within hirify.global.
• Drive improvements in speed, success rates, cost, and reliability of transfer methods.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable, reusable services and APIs.
• Collaborate with operations and compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify and resolve failure points across the transfer lifecycle to minimize drop-offs and delays.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading digital direct-to-consumer products.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
• Experience in the fintech industry with knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with compliance and legal partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract key insights from data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience owning platforms or infrastructure-heavy domains.
• Deep understanding of money movement mechanics (ACH, ACATS, rollovers).
• Ability to work on technical system design and tradeoffs with engineers.
