What you will do

• Own demand signals and unit economics for hirify.global Build services, ensuring profitability and repeatability.
• Scale standard and custom integrations, evolving one-off connectors into reusable product capabilities.
• Develop custom AI agents and apps on top of hirify.global's APIs, MCP, and CLI.
• Productize the managed services playbook to scale via leverage rather than headcount.
• Collaborate with GTM, platform teams, and customer success to align commercial and technical delivery.
• Translate Build engagements into actionable feedback for platform and feature teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Product Management for platforms, APIs, or developer-facing products.
• Fluency in AI and agents, with a track record of shipping agent-facing or AI-native surfaces.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes.
• Proven track record as a 0→1 builder with a strong commercial and P&L mindset.
• Technical fluency in REST, Webhooks, OAuth, and platform security design.
• Business-level English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Nice to have

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Netsuite, Merge, Finch).
