What you will do

• Own the end-to-end user journey for DriveShield, from trip tracking to habit formation.
• Modernize core product features including driving scores, safety tips, and reward mechanics.
• Design and implement engagement loops that increase daily active usage and user trust.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, and Research to ship high-impact product experiments.
• Define the future roadmap for safety and mobility capabilities, including AI-powered personalization.
• Use analytics and usability studies to identify friction points and optimize the user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proven experience in consumer product management for mobile or web platforms.
• Strong background in engagement, retention, personalization, or habit formation.
• Deep expertise in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Data.
• Experience working in trust-sensitive categories like fintech, insurance, or marketplaces.

• Startup or fast-paced 0 to 1 product development experience.
• Background in behavioral psychology or habit-forming product design.
