What you will do

• Coordinate planning discussions to identify dependencies, risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain a clear production plan by tracking tasks within JIRA and Confluence.
• Support multidisciplinary teams daily by removing blockers and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams regarding game design and expected deliverables.
• Align team priorities throughout production to ensure milestones are met on time.
• Lead individual contributors and provide status reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the video game industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in production coordination.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one relevant game.
• Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluency in both French and English.
