What you will do

• Provide day-to-day client support and guidance via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client requests during high-volume periods to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Resolve basic production or support issues and escalate complex cases to senior members.
• Support stakeholders in defining business and system requirements.
• Perform administrative tasks including account and user maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer support role.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a fixed shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM US Eastern Time.
• Must be based in Makati, Philippines for hybrid office attendance.
