Location: Manila Office (Hybrid)

Compensation: ₱49,986 – ₱55,666 per month

What you will do

  • Provide post-sale product support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with software developers and product managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform supplemental testing for new SaaS releases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation for all client interactions.
  • Advise customers on configuration adjustments to improve product performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • Foundational understanding of computer technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Intermediate technical or product knowledge.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Nice to have

  • Associate degree in a related field.
  • Background in compensation or HR tech.
