Compensation: ₱49,986 – ₱55,666 per month

What you will do
- Provide post-sale product support, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product operation and malfunctions.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to resolve technical issues.
- Perform supplemental testing for new SaaS releases as needed.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation for all client interactions.
- Advise customers on configuration adjustments to improve product performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Foundational understanding of computer technologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Intermediate technical or product knowledge.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Background in compensation or HR tech.
