TL;DR

Application Support Analyst: Providing client services and technical support for hirify.global Market Technology offerings with an accent on incident management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting. Focus on resolving operational issues, collaborating with client tech teams, and maintaining high service delivery standards in a 24/7 global environment.

Location: Must be based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines with a hybrid work model (at least 2 office days per week).

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day product support for the global client base.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve operational, technical, and user-reported issues.
  • Perform incident management and monitor application QoS, subscription processing, and system notifications.
  • Collaborate with client tech teams to address and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Handle change requests and user access provisioning.
  • Update knowledge base systems to deliver accurate troubleshooting guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • For non-degree holders, at least 4 years of experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations.
  • Ability to use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SVN, Putty, and MS Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Amenability to shifting schedules as the team operates on a 24/7 basis.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
  • ITIL and Six Sigma Certifications.
  • Prior technical background in system/product troubleshooting.
