What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide risk management strategies for EPC and infrastructure-related programs.
• Conduct current-state and future-state assessments of risk processes, tooling, governance, and reporting practices.
• Drive organizational change management (OCM) through stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and training readiness.
• Build Power BI dashboards and risk analytics to support executive decision-making and leadership reporting.
• Facilitate alignment workshops and develop transformation roadmaps across global, matrixed organizations.
• Establish risk management rhythm-of-business processes and governance escalation frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, program management, or business transformation.
• 3+ years of experience supporting organizational change management (OCM) and adoption initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics and Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong ability to synthesize ambiguous information into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
• Proven experience working with senior leaders in a large, global, matrixed environment.
• US work authorization required (implied by 401k, FSA, and US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience in EPC, construction, cloud infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Familiarity with SAP risk management tools, Primavera P6, or Omega.
• Certifications such as PMI-RMP, AACE, Prosci, or PMP.
• Experience creating executive-level leadership presentations and risk reporting packages.
