TL;DR

Change Management Consultant (Management Consulting): Managing and delivering business-critical change initiatives for local clients with an accent on employee engagement, adoption, and strategic change management. Focus on creating customized change roadmaps, leading impact analyses, and ensuring sustainable organizational performance.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Seattle, WA (3 days onsite)

Salary: $93,800 - $116,300

What you will do

  • Create and implement customized change management roadmaps based on project needs.
  • Lead impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and readiness/skilling content using customer experience best practices.
  • Coordinate with other initiatives to ensure alignment on timelines and prevent overlaps.
  • Contribute to internal growth areas including business development, recruiting, and marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading significant change management engagements in complex organizations.
  • Consulting experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management frameworks.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H1-B, F-1/OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

  • PROSCI or other Change Management certifications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.
