Salary: $93,800 - $116,300

What you will do

• Lead and support client engagements to deliver high-quality workstreams and client-ready deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, systems, and processes.
• Analyze complex business challenges using quantitative and qualitative approaches to develop actionable solutions.
• Contribute to internal practice development and support business development efforts via proposal creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably within technology or fintech environments.
• Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory-related initiatives.
• Must be based in the USA and not require employment visa sponsorship (H1-B, F-1/OPT, TN, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience within financial services or specific exposure to financial crimes and regulatory programs.
• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting tools, or process improvement methodologies.
