Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze and compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices.
• Lead benchmarking studies and develop executive project plans aligned with the scope of work.
• Develop and implement client deliverables for small-to-mid scale projects independently.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to establish client processes that maximize operational efficiency.
• Create professional client-facing materials and slide decks for executives.
• Travel consistently (50% - 75%) depending on project requirements and client expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting OR 5-10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in health or a related field (Master's preferred or required within 3 years of hire).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Strong operational knowledge of care management, patient placement, and throughput processes.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Tableau.
