What you will do

  • Manage the overall workplace experience across London, Manchester, and the New York representative office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, building management, and third-party contractors.
  • Lead health and safety compliance, including risk assessments, fire safety, and evacuation planning.
  • Drive commercial value through facilities budget management, forecasting, and supplier negotiations.
  • Oversee office moves, seating strategies, and the maintenance of office standards and amenities.
  • Partner with the People Team to deliver engaging employee events and workplace policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workplace, facilities, or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple geographically dispersed sites and suppliers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creating high-quality workspaces.
