What you will do

• Lead day-shift operations, overseeing both UTR (under-the-roof) and OTR (on-the-road) activities.
• Manage DSP relationships, driver capacity, and hirify.global driver performance.
• Supervise 30–100+ staff through coordinators and supervisors.
• Ensure legal compliance regarding driving hours, breaks, and safety checks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain operational standards.
• Coordinate with fleet procurement for vehicle utilization and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in fast-paced OTR, dispatch, or last-mile operations.
• Proven track record of hands-on shift leadership managing teams of 30-100+ people.
• Strong command of route execution and dispatch accuracy.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Southampton, UK.
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
