What you will do
- Monitor and track vehicle locations and conditions using fleet management software to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage insurance claims, accident reports, and promote safe driving practices across the fleet.
- Coordinate the supply and procurement of vehicles and plant from suppliers for various projects.
- Administer driver license checks, fuel cards, and process car applications for new employees.
- Manage financial tasks including month-end charging spreadsheets, P11d tax information, and repair cost approvals.
- Liaise with lease providers and external service providers to maintain strong working relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and HGV/LCV regulations.
- Proficiency in IT skills and experience with fleet management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy for record-keeping and compliance documentation.
- Must have proof of right to work and remain in the UK.
