What you will do

• Manage a team of Fleet Specialists, splitting time between field operations (80%) and managerial duties (20%).
• Oversee the collection and deployment of scooters to optimize vehicle utilization.
• Handle logistics including receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles.
• Create shift plans and monitor team performance to enhance operational processes.
• Ensure quality standards by rectifying damaged vehicles and maintaining tidy parking spots.
• Interview, train, and nurture new talent to ensure operational success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Glasgow, UK.
• 2+ years of previous work experience.
• Proven experience in managing a team of people.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (max 6 points, no major offences) to meet insurance requirements.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• General understanding of digital tools such as MS Office and G-Suite.
