What you will do
- Identify opportunities to increase Pay adoption across the salon and medi-spa customer base.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, positioning payments solutions to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
- Build customer relationships to uncover blockers and gather feedback for product development.
- Collaborate with CSM, Pricing, Marketing, and Finance teams to maximize adoption.
- Manage forecasting and pipeline to achieve ARR growth targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales or Commercial Account Management within fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen regarding revenue models and pricing.
- Proven experience owning pipeline and achieving ARR targets.
- Proficiency in G Suite tools and CRM systems.
- Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.
