What you will do

• Identify opportunities to increase hirify.globalPay adoption across the salon and medi-spa customer base.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners, positioning payments solutions to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
• Build customer relationships to uncover blockers and gather feedback for product development.
• Collaborate with CSM, Pricing, Marketing, and Finance teams to maximize adoption.
• Manage forecasting and pipeline to achieve ARR growth targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Commercial Account Management within fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Strong commercial and numerical acumen regarding revenue models and pricing.
• Proven experience owning pipeline and achieving ARR targets.
• Proficiency in G Suite tools and CRM systems.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.
