TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving hirify.global's expansion in the European market by managing a high-velocity sales motion across SMB and mid-market segments with an accent on high-agency selling and GTM strategy. Focus on owning the full sales cycle, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and integrating customer feedback into product development.

Location: On-site in London, UK (5 days a week). Willingness to travel within the UK and continental EU is required.

Salary: £110K – £190K OTE

hirify.global is building smart infrastructure for finance teams to automate spend management, payment authorization, and risk flagging for thousands of companies.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle to drive revenue growth for hirify.global in the UK and European markets.
  • Manage a high-volume book of business across SMB and mid-market segments.
  • Handle complex, multi-stakeholder deals and adapt to various European market nuances.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Maintain strict CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting within a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
  • Must be able to work in the London office 5 days a week.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • AI fluency as a daily habit (instinctive use of AI tools).
  • Experience with outbounding and conducting product demos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • Experience launching new territories or verticals.
  • Background in Fintech or financial services sales.
