What you will do

• Build and manage campaigns and journeys in Braze, including multi-step Canvases.
• Execute lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and content cards.
• Localize campaigns at scale for 9 European markets using Lokalise.
• Support the test-and-learn program by setting up A/B tests and analyzing results.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and Glean into daily workflows to accelerate campaign cycles.
• Build intuition for merchant needs by shadowing sales and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM, growth, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Braze, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to draft engaging, human-centric content.
• Comfortable working with data and interpreting marketing performance dashboards.
• Curiosity and regular experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

• Experience in content, customer marketing, or agency environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous marketing campaign work.
