What you will do

  • Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for designated markets to improve customer retention.
  • Manage the automated lifecycle, optimizing onboarding, active, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Refine sports loyalty programs, including Free Bet Club and Boost Tokens, to meet player value goals.
  • Lead and execute large event-based campaigns for major tournaments like the World Cup or Euros.
  • Utilize communication tools including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Perform regular competitor analysis to optimize market positioning and website content.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1+) is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London (St Pancras Campus) office.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for CRM and utilizing data insights to drive decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset for working across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and market trends.
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Experience in developing customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
