What you will do
- Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for designated markets to improve customer retention.
- Manage the automated lifecycle, optimizing onboarding, active, and reactivation campaigns.
- Refine sports loyalty programs, including Free Bet Club and Boost Tokens, to meet player value goals.
- Lead and execute large event-based campaigns for major tournaments like the World Cup or Euros.
- Utilize communication tools including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Perform regular competitor analysis to optimize market positioning and website content.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (C1+) is required.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London (St Pancras Campus) office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for CRM and utilizing data insights to drive decisions.
- Collaborative mindset for working across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, and market trends.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Experience in developing customer retention strategies.
