What you will do
- Define and own the UK consumer lifecycle marketing strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Design structured upsell and cross-sell journeys to migrate users between product tiers and occasions.
- Own CLTV as a core KPI, developing strategies to reduce churn and grow habitual usage.
- Lead channel strategy across email, app push, in-app messaging, and paid media.
- Implement precise audience segmentation using CDP and data pipelines.
- Establish a culture of experimentation via structured A/B and multivariate testing.
Requirements
- 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with a proven track record of business impact.
- Director-level experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in marketplace or platform businesses (e.g., travel, mobility, hospitality).
- Deep expertise in mobile-first communication, including push notifications and in-app messages.
- Proficiency with CEP/CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
- Strong data literacy and experience working with CDPs and data pipelines.
