What you will do

  • Manage industrial water treatment applications, including routine testing of cooling and boiler systems.
  • Achieve commercial targets and drive new business sales (approx. 20% of the role).
  • Oversee key account management, providing consultancy and service for existing clients.
  • Handle sales, contracts, orders, and troubleshooting within the assigned territory.
  • Provide monthly financial forecasting for the area's performance.
  • Collaborate with technical engineering contacts and commercial buyers in food, beverage, and manufacturing sectors.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales/account management within the water treatment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of boiler and cooling water treatment products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels of demanding customers.
  • Detail-oriented approach to meet strategic KPIs and compliance obligations.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of biocides, polymers, and defoamers.
