Location: Field Based in UK (Remote, Occasional European Travel required)

What you will do
- Own client relationships as primary contact, meeting expectations, reviewing performance, and resolving issues.
- Create growth by identifying and executing strategic business development opportunities aligned to KPIs and budgets.
- Lead global, regional, and local client meetings on business development, performance reviews, and technical governance.
- Manage commercial performance including contract renewals, negotiations, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate global network for smooth, consistent delivery aligned to client requirements.
- Report on client overview, growth, KPIs, risks, and commercial/operational issues to Global Head of KAMs.
Requirements
- Must be field based in UK with occasional European travel
- Experience in Trading operations, Hydrocarbon Loss Control, Cargo Inspection, Laboratory Testing, Shipping, or related commodities services.
- Proven track record in customer management, account development, and commercial ownership.
- Confidence as decision maker with strong judgement and stakeholder influence.
- Excellent communication skills to represent at senior level.
- Strategic mindset to spot opportunities and deliver solutions under pressure.
