What you will do
- Achieve individual commercial targets in line with business strategy.
- Manage industrial water treatment applications, including routine testing of cooling and boiler water systems.
- Execute a mix of new business sales and key account management for existing customers.
- Handle all sales correspondence, contracts, orders, and new business implementation.
- Perform monthly financial forecasting for the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering site contacts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK Central (North West) region.
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the water treatment industry.
- Sound technical knowledge of boiler and cooling water treatment products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with commercial buyers and technical contacts.
- Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Graduate degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience selling biocides, polymers, and defoamers.
- Knowledge of additional water treatment applications.
