What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline for target industries within Salesforce.
- Sell a broad range of marketing, creative, digital, and PR solutions to brands with £200m+ turnover.
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies, plans, and short-term tactics.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Create and design bespoke agency solutions and sales decks for prospective clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales, ideally within marketing services or creative agencies.
- Proven track record of managing long-term sales cycles and creating RFI/RFPs.
- Strong experience in face-to-face and telephone sales, including prospecting and pitching.
- Commercially astute with a hunter sales mentality and consultative approach.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
- Graduate-level education with a high-achieving academic record.
