What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white-space accounts.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve patient and educational outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on performance, providing regular updates to clients and leadership.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Familiarity with structured solution-selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman.
  • Strong sales and negotiation capability with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
