What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to generate new business and drive revenue growth across white-space accounts.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customers to convert opportunities into revenue.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partnering with internal teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to improve patient and educational outcomes.
- Monitor and report on performance, providing regular updates to clients and leadership.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in consultative selling within a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Familiarity with structured solution-selling methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Franklin Covey, or Miller Heiman.
- Strong sales and negotiation capability with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to confidently engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously.
