Accounting Senior Manager (Revenue Recognition)

What you will do

• Interpret and apply ASC 606 to complex multi-element arrangements, subscription models, and variable consideration.
• Lead the revenue close process, including journal entries, deferred revenue analysis, and reconciliations.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and FP&A to guide deal structuring and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
• Own and execute key SOX controls and coordinate documentation for quarterly and annual audits.
• Maintain and update revenue policies to reflect new products and evolving accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in revenue recognition, technical accounting, or audit.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606 and complex global revenue arrangements.
• Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or multi-product global companies.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle, or Cognos.
