What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end commercial agenda and annual Joint Business Plan for Sainsbury's.
• Drive sales, profit, and market share targets across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Manage trade spend, promotional investment, and negotiate cost prices and listings.
• Analyze category trends and competitor activity to implement data-led commercial actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure omni-channel execution and product availability.
• Take full ownership of customer P&L, balancing growth with profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in National Account Management or Key Account Management.
• Background in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods (grocery or omni-channel).
• Experience managing P&L and trade budgets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• High analytical ability to derive insights from data.
