What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline for independent retailers and small retail groups in Ireland.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with key partners and their business development teams.
• Support the broader sales team in executing key account strategies across the UK and Ireland.
• Upsell products and services to existing customers to drive revenue growth.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal handovers to the Customer Success department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling into the retail sector, specifically independent retailers or small groups.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel nationally within Ireland and occasionally to the UK.
