What you will do

• Map the professional fleet market and create targeted sales presentations and messaging.
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract new professional fleet clients.
• Prospect and sign new B2B clients within the professional fleet sector.
• Manage ongoing relationships with signed fleets to drive usage and increase energy consumption.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to iteratively improve hirify.global products for the fleet segment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Background in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of the fleet ecosystem and the electric mobility landscape.
• Fluency in French is required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public representation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
