What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end partnerships strategy to meet growth objectives.
• Identify, negotiate, and launch high-impact commercial and strategic partnerships.
• Structure and close deals with clear commercial and performance metrics.
• Scale and optimize partnerships to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
• Act as the senior commercial representative to external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Track performance, report impact, and continuously improve partnership ROI.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships in high-growth environments.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills for handling complex deals.
• Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating ROI and performance.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to build processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
