What you will do
- Lead and mentor a sales team across renewals, inside sales, business development, and account management.
- Design and execute regional sales strategies to increase market share in the EMM space.
- Manage key accounts and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem.
- Coach team members on advanced sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Track performance and report on sales metrics, customer needs, and competitive activities using Salesforce.
- Coordinate sales efforts across departments and attend industry events to stay updated on market developments.
Requirements
- Must be based in France
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for tracking and reporting.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned sales territories.
