What you will do

  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to expand market presence across France and Benelux.
  • Lead and inspire high-performing commercial teams to drive new business, renewals, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted executive advisor to public transport authorities and private operators.
  • Collaborate with global product, finance, and marketing teams to tailor offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader in mobility through industry forums and public speaking.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform regional strategy.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales or consulting with strong public sector relationships.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of 10+ employees in complex, regulated markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with government officials and C-level executives.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (25-50%) across the region.
