What you will do
- Design and lead ’s global onboarding program for Business Development new hires, including scalable training and certification frameworks.
- Coach Business Development teams through call/deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching; identify performance gaps with managers and deploy targeted training.
- Own and continuously evolve the global Business Development playbook, standardizing sales language, messaging, and qualification frameworks across markets.
- Implement and drive adoption of sales methodologies and new tools/processes in partnership with RevOps; measure enablement effectiveness with performance metrics.
- Build initiatives that reinforce a high-performance sales culture and develop career development frameworks for Business Development professionals and managers.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting, strategy, or equivalent experience, ideally combined with 4+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence, or revenue operations.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution.
- Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
- English and Spanish are required (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working with AI tools and modern sales technology stacks (including Salesforce and Tableau).
