What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers between £3m and £10m.
• Identify and deliver commercial banking solutions including lending, payments, and deposits.
• Proactively win new business through outreach and networking.
• Conduct credit and risk management assessments for client propositions.
• Support clients with ESG priorities and their transition to Net Zero.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to provide comprehensive financial support.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
• At least 2 years of experience in winning new business within a commercial banking environment.
• Strong skills in credit and risk management.
• Ability to interpret legal documentation and commercial terms.
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Bath or Bristol.
