What you will do

• Interact with prospects and customers to comprehensively understand and anticipate business requirements and challenges.
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
• Translate complex business needs into solution designs based on Transactional Banking and Virtual Account Management products.
• Guide the appropriate engagement approach by comprehending intricate interdependencies within customer organizations.
• Drive transformational progress in early project phases to ensure a high fit and realization of business value.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to bridge requirements and pain points.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultancies, banks, or software companies with a strong focus on commercial/corporate banking.
• Deep expertise in global transaction banking, cash management, and payments.
• Proven track record of successful execution in strategic engagements and early project phases.
• Strong consultative selling approach paired with hands-on project experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP banking products.
• Proficiency in German.
