What you will do
- Champion employee engagement and drive a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Partner with plant leadership to provide HR guidance and support business objectives.
- Manage performance management processes and keep managers accountable for talent meetings.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and support policy implementation.
- Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops.
- Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and support compensation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS applications, with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Cartersville, GA.
