What you will do

• Champion employee engagement and drive a positive, productive workplace culture.
• Partner with plant leadership to provide HR guidance and support business objectives.
• Manage performance management processes and keep managers accountable for talent meetings.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and support policy implementation.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops.
• Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and support compensation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS applications, with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Cartersville, GA.
