Salary: $23.60 to $29.50 per hour

What you will do

• Direct assembly group activities to ensure the completion of the master production schedule.
• Coordinate material availability, identify shortages, and implement corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain quality levels while training staff on GMP and Quality Systems practices.
• Monitor labor standards to ensure the utilization of cost-effective manufacturing techniques.
• Manage departmental documentation and track production performance using Microsoft Excel.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and provide constructive feedback to the team.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 5+ years of electromechanical assembly experience.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pawtucket, RI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agile.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a group leader.
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP Quality Systems.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
