• Perform on-site product troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and software upgrades.

• Coordinate software distribution and maintain accurate customer service records.
• Report department metrics regarding on-site coverage and maintenance performance.
• Escalate complex customer issues to management and technical support teams.

Requirements

• Technical Degree (2-year minimum) or equivalent work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must possess a credit card in good standing for travel-related expenses.
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
