TL;DR

Principal Customer Success Manager (SaaS/NoSQL): Managing strategic and enterprise customer relationships to ensure successful adoption and long-term retention of database platform solutions with an accent on value realization and technical alignment. Focus on driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), guiding customers through deployment in mission-critical environments, and advocating for customer needs to internal product teams.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and adoption of hirify.global solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and executives.
  • Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to support subscription renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Act as an internal customer advocate, representing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor customer health indicators and manage escalations to resolve technical or operational issues.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, database, or infrastructure platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders such as developers and architects.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with distributed databases, NoSQL, or cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience supporting customers running large-scale or mission-critical production systems.
