What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and adoption of solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and executives.
- Partner with Sales and Renewals teams to support subscription renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as an internal customer advocate, representing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Monitor customer health indicators and manage escalations to resolve technical or operational issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, database, or infrastructure platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders such as developers and architects.
- Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience with distributed databases, NoSQL, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native environments.
- Experience supporting customers running large-scale or mission-critical production systems.
