What you will do
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals within the Strategic Real Estate sector.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with property management companies, portfolio managers, and asset managers.
- Align the company's suite of technology solutions with the unique business challenges of prospective partners.
- Structure and negotiate commercial deals that deliver value for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Team to achieve overall growth targets.
Requirements
- Must have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into the Strategic Real Estate sector.
- Demonstrable success in a high-calibre, consultative sales environment.
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex deals.
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and pursue them with intent.

Hiring process
- Initial 30-minute virtual interview with the People Team.
- Second 30-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Take-home task (max 3-4 hours).
- Final 1.5-hour in-person interview at the London office, including a cultural peer interview.
