What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals within the Strategic Real Estate sector.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with property management companies, portfolio managers, and asset managers.
  • Align the company's suite of technology solutions with the unique business challenges of prospective partners.
  • Structure and negotiate commercial deals that deliver value for all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Team to achieve overall growth targets.

Requirements

  • Must have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into the Strategic Real Estate sector.
  • Demonstrable success in a high-calibre, consultative sales environment.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex deals.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and pursue them with intent.

Hiring process

  • Initial 30-minute virtual interview with the People Team.
  • Second 30-minute virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Take-home task (max 3-4 hours).
  • Final 1.5-hour in-person interview at the London office, including a cultural peer interview.
