Location: Must be based in Woburn, MA, USA

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annual base salary plus commissions

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts to meet or exceed 90%+ retention and expansion targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover new revenue opportunities and increase product adoption.
  • Identify, qualify, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level decision-makers across creative, marketing, and procurement teams.
  • Lead end-to-end client negotiations, including renewals and expansion discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximize client value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer growth within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with preference for Salesforce experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25% annually.
