What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing enterprise portfolios within a defined vertical.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion through creative prospecting and lead generation.
  • Oversee comprehensive needs assessments to identify client pain points and align hirify.global’s solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to navigate account dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Channel, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable pricing and agreements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on hiring and retaining talent.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in software solutions (Cloud, ITAM, SAM, Security, or Risk Management).
  • Proficiency in defined sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Consultative sales experience targeting large IT organizations to drive cost savings and efficiencies.
  • Strong executive-level presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Must be based in the United States and willing to travel up to 40%.
