What you will do

  • Consistently exceed annual quotas across SaaS and services in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within named, high-fit enterprise accounts.
  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements from initial prospecting through to final contract closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and BDR teams to build pipeline and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Articulate the unique business and technical value of the platform to executive decision-makers.
  • Forecast opportunities accurately using tools like Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing 6–7 figure deals.
  • Proven experience landing net new logos and navigating complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Germany with a willingness to travel to customer sites and regional offices as needed.
  • Proficiency in sales productivity tools including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Google Workspace.
