What you will do

  • Conduct proactive prospecting using tools like Salesloft, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality Greenfield opportunities.
  • Perform detailed account mapping to identify key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with BDRs and marketing teams to execute targeted vertical campaigns.
  • Optimize outreach strategies and monitor pipeline health using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at networking events, webinars, and industry forums.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with proven pipeline generation skills.
  • Must be based in the US (Virginia) to align with regional operations.
  • Proficiency with 6sense, Salesloft, Clari, and Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging C-level and senior executives.
  • Proven "hunter" mentality with a focus on sourcing new leads in untapped environments.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Experience working with cloud-based Customer Experience (CX) solutions.
  • Proven track record of penetrating large Greenfield accounts.
