Salary: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

What you will do

• Educate members on personalized benefits and empower them to optimize their family-building journeys.
• Onboard new members by capturing demographic information and confirming eligibility.
• Provide high-touch, concierge-level support via phone, email, and secure messaging.
• Liaise between members and fertility clinics to assist with appointment scheduling and care coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain accurate case documentation with high attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Required knowledge of the fertility and women’s health landscape and common patient care pathways.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work a 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST shift.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
