What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider organizations, managing the full lifecycle of client relationships.
• Communicate routinely with clients to resolve inquiries regarding files, errors, and service issues.
• Analyze data trends to identify and minimize errors, maximizing throughput to payers.
• Schedule and lead recurring client meetings to review account performance and address rejections.
• Onboard and train new provider accounts on the Encounters Manager portal.
• Collaborate with support staff and vendors to troubleshoot data issues and improve portal functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of healthcare claims data
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare compliance regulations
