Client Services Representative

TL;DR

Client Services Representative: Managing a book of business for TPA and Non-TPA clients to ensure key deliverables are met with an accent on client retention, issue resolution, and product support. Focus on maintaining high-quality communication, analyzing client business needs, and assisting with IRA account setups.

Location: Must be based in or near Denver, CO (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, handling retention and issue resolution.
• Provide world-class customer service via email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Identify, analyze, and document client business needs through research and specification gathering.
• Assist clients with Safe Harbor IRA account setups and transfers with third-party administrators.
• Collaborate with the team while maintaining effective productivity in a hybrid work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Denver office 2 days per week.
• 2+ years of experience in an operational role involving professional correspondence.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
